Environmental Monitoring System

Our Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) controls the compliance with environmental protection regulations and examines the state of the environment under the National Environmental Monitoring program.

Pentacomp’s Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), uses an electronic register, which attempts to simplify the crucial and challenging task of protecting the environment. The Waste Database enables the recording of waste metrics and the submission of records, in an electronic form.

Environmental Monitoring System.

Our EMS controls the compliance with environmental protection regulations and examines the state of the environment under the National Environmental Monitoring program. Additionally, our system collects data regarding the quality of environmental elements, including air, water and soil.

Our solution consists of the following technical applications:

  • JWODA – this supports the monitoring of the quality of transitional and coastal waters, rivers, lakes, dam reservoirs and the sea, by gathering data in the field of physico-chemical, chemical and biological elements
  • JELMAG –a database for monitoring non-ionizing radiation – electromagnetic fields
  • MCG – a soil quality monitoring application
  • PRTR – this supports tasks related to managing the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register
  • ISWK – this application supports the Inspection of Environmental Control. It is used by the; Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection, Provincial Inspectorates for Environmental Protection and establishments which are subject to environmental control.

Our water quality management solution allows you to follow sampling guidelines. It also provides monitoring reports, specific to a given region, and ensures compliance with the regulations. The EMS solution enables the structuring of planned activities, related to the sampling, and ensures consistency. Additionally, it clarifies the degree of water quality and indicates areas for improvement.

Our Environmental Monitoring System also allows the tracking of changes over time and gives a clear depiction of the organization’s performance in line with water regulations. This is accessible through our comprehensive dashboards. Furthermore, data can be organized by source location, parameters or region. EMS provides an accurate and structured electronic record of reports, which is audit-friendly. Moreover, it simplifies the process of achieving and demonstrating the compliance with water regulations that are relevant to your organization, regardless of the industry or location.
